Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only. It does not cover systems NoviQera builds and operates for a client under a separate agreement.
Who we are
NoviQera is an automation company based in the United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
We collect only what you send through the contact form on this website:
- Your name and email address
- Your description of the workflow you would like to automate
- If you choose to give them: your company name, phone number, industry, the systems you currently use and a budget range
- If you arrived from another page of this site, the context shown on the form before you send it, such as the name of a demo or an industry. You can remove it before sending.
- If you choose to attach them, your automation assessment answers and the resulting score
- The address of the page you sent the form from, and the description of your browser that it sends with every request (its user agent)
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The interactive demos run entirely in your browser on simulated data; nothing you do inside a demo is sent to us or recorded.
When you follow a link to the contact form from elsewhere on this site (a demo, an industry, a solution, the workflow explorer, the integration explorer, an example of our work, the FAQ or the assessment), a short label saying where you came from, the process or industry it relates to and, if you completed the assessment, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage for the rest of your visit so that the form can show them. They reach us only if you send the form with them attached.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to understand the workflow you described, and to prepare for the call that follows. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or rent them.
We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the details are transmitted to our website server and then forwarded to the systems we use to manage enquiries.
Only people working on the enquiry can see it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request and confirm when it is done.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections to the systems that receive them, and access to those systems is limited to the people who need it.
No online transmission is completely risk-free, so we collect only what we need to reply to you.
Children
This is a business website. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page.
